Meet Memphis
The golden behind The Golden Garage.
Memphis is our English cream golden retriever and the inspiration behind The Golden Garage. He loves car rides, beach trips, swimming, and somehow always manages to be the most photogenic one in the family.
My fiancée, Sara, and I wanted our business to have a name and personality that actually meant something to us, so The Golden Garage was named after Memphis.
The golden retriever in our logo represents Memphis and the friendly, local personality behind the brand.

A few things to know.
Do I drop off my vehicle?
Most vehicle appointments are drop-off based. Kyle will confirm the exact location and drop-off time with you before your appointment. Boat access is arranged individually.
Does sending an inquiry book an appointment?
Your inquiry starts the conversation. Kyle will confirm the service, price, and appointment time with you before it’s booked. A preferred date is a request, not a reserved time.
How long will the detail take?
Timing depends on the package, vehicle size, condition, and any extra work. Kyle will confirm an expected pickup time when you arrange the appointment.
What should I do before dropping off?
Remove personal belongings and valuables, and mention any stains, odors, damage, or areas you’d like extra attention on. Ask Kyle about anything that needs special handling.
Is the price shown my final price?
Displayed prices and ranges are based on vehicle size and typical condition. Excessive pet hair, sand, staining, oxidation, debris, contamination, or other labor-intensive conditions may affect final pricing. Any adjustment is discussed and approved before additional work is performed.
Do I need paint correction before a ceramic coating?
Not always. Ceramic coating does not remove existing swirls, scratches, haze, or oxidation, so paint enhancement or correction may be recommended depending on paint condition.
Does ceramic coating include paint correction?
No. Paint enhancement and correction are separate services.
Do ceramic-coated vehicles still need maintenance?
Yes. Proper washing and periodic maintenance help preserve gloss, hydrophobic behavior, and long-term coating performance. The Golden Garage offers ceramic-safe maintenance services.
Do you detail boats?
Yes. Boat detailing is handled through a custom quote based on boat size, condition, and requested work.
Can I book maintenance detailing?
Yes. Vehicles that complete Golden Standard or Golden Reserve become eligible for biweekly or monthly maintenance service. Pricing is quoted based on vehicle and frequency. It does not create a subscription, automatic charges, or a mandatory recurring schedule.

Want the Best Finish Possible?
Ceramic coating protects the condition of the paint underneath it, but it does not remove existing swirl marks, scratches, haze, or oxidation.
For visible paint defects, we may recommend a Gloss Enhancement or Paint Correction service before coating. Paint correction is separate and is not automatically required for every vehicle. We recommend preparation based on your paint’s condition.

- Return every 3–6 months for ceramic maintenance or inspection
